Full Brazilian wax Includes butt strip. ( Optional ) • For waxing treatments your hair has to be at least 1/4 to 1/2 inches long (the length of a grain of rice). If your hair is too short, we may have to reschedule your appointment to a later date. • The day of your wax appointment limit your caffeine intake as it can make you more sensitive. • If pain is a concern, please take a ibuprofen or Tylenol 1 hour prior to being waxed. • Some products that conflict with waxing are: Accutane, Differin, Retin A/Retinol, Glycolic acid/AHA’s, ProActive, Avita, Benzoyl peroxide, Salicylic acid/ BHA’s Retin A/Retinol – No use for 48 hours before and after waxing. Accutane – You must be off of Accutane for a minimum of 6 months prior to waxing. • Consent forms must be filled out the morning of your appointment in order to receive any waxing treatment. No hot baths for 24 hours following a body waxing treatment. No abrasives for 24 hours following a waxing treatment. No deodorants for 24 hours following an underarm waxing treatment. No sexual intercourse for 24 hours following a Brazilian/bikini wax treatment. Women may experience extra sensitivity to waxing up to a week prior to the beginning of their menses. _____________________________________________

Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! 1.) If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment you will have to reschedule. 2.) If you have to reschedule, “THE SAME DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT” an additional $10 will be added to your remaining balance. 3.)Deposits are non refundable. They will always go towards your appointment so it’s extremely important to choose the best time and date that will align with your availability. 4.) NO CALL NO SHOW will not be allowed to book in the future. 5.) Cash or debit cards are accepted. 6.) If you use a card, a $2 processing fee will be required. 7.) Please be sure to fill out consent forms before your scheduled appointment. They will be sent out the morning of. 8.) You are in great hands when booking with Xxtra.
